CPI’s tax filings list grants to FAIR; FAIR’s filing names Cleta Mitchell and Heather Honey as officers and lists grants to Election Integrity Network and Election Research Institute, plus payments to Verity Vote. These are separate recorded transactions, not proof that one donor’s dollars can be followed through the whole chain.
An October filing says an unnamed DHS senior counselor gave HSI what appeared to be California’s voter list. The public filing does not identify that person, and key recipient details are redacted. Heather Honey is a possible connection, but the filing does not name her.
